State of the Castle
Things in the castle appear to be mostly routine, by the end of September. Regardless of whatever private, personal information has been shared, the Safe Zones appear to be back to their usual state (you know? Safe.) and Ozuma’s shining presence has kept everyone back in routine of good food and vibrant lighting.
As the seasons change, so does the weather. Summer storms appear to be a little early, this year, and even a castle trapped in time doesn’t escape their effects. After all-
Intro Event: When it Rains, it Pours

The day when an influx of new soldiers appear in the castle never quite goes the way it should, does it? In a twist that many of the older occupants have feared the return of, with uneasy thoughts directed towards March, newcomers and various castle occupants alike just seem to...disappear.
Where they’ve gone? Who knows? But don’t worry.
We won’t leave you hanging for too long.
The introductory event for October will have some time constraints to it, as well as the potential to opt in your characters as volunteers. Keep in mind the following:
- The event will take place from October 1st to October 3rd.
- There is the potential for death or injury if volunteering, though this event is set in a way that it is up to the player if either occurs to their character.
- Volunteering will be on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, not everyone in the castle can be volunteered, and in situations where too many characters are put forward, characters will be chosen on a first case basis. See below for the volunteering form for more details!
- Even if you don’t volunteer, there will be plenty for you to do.
This is Halloween
In the month of Hallows Eve, Sol Raveh celebrates it’s one year anniversary! To this end, the mod team is glad to announce multiple mini-events, to occur throughout the duration of the month.
Trick or Treat! || October 31st
With the big day coming up (you all know what I mean) what’s more fitting than a good old fashioned trick or treat? The mods have come up with a special list of tricks and treats, twenty of each. Down below, specify whether you’d like your character to receive a trick or a treat, and choose a number between 1 and 20; you could be (not so) pleasantly surprised by the outcome.
It’s raining bats and dogs || All month
Bats. Bats everywhere.
As is fitting for halloween, the castle seems to have come under a slight bat problem, as well as some odd, glowing balls known as will o’ wisps. Whilst both appear to be harmless, the newer species within Sol Raveh’s walls seem content to stay- and breed, as both will become more and more numerous the further into October it gets.
These harmless creatures will migrate elsewhere after October. The Queen will make sure of that.
Got my own monster(s) || 3rd to the 8th
Since Ozuma’s seen fit to invite multiple guests into her castle (unannounced, might she add), the Queen has decided she’s well overdue in sending out some invites of her own.
From the 3rd to the 8th, the castle will be home to less welcome occupants. Leering out of the darkness, Ravehnites should take care not to go out alone; not with monsters like these on the loose. All of them are about as happy to be here as you are.
- A curious assortment of Animatronics will be haunting living quarters level 3 to 6. At night, their haunts will extend even further. Whilst non-humans and children under the age of 18 usually don’t have anything to fear, with the animatronics handy facial recognition systems, such systems- have faults.
- For those taking a trip to the Chandelier room, trying to take on board some friendly advice. Don’t blink. Weeping Angels will be haunting the area, and for those who decide to disturb their peace, getting out of the way may prove harder than first assumed. Keep in mind that, unlike their canon counterparts, these angels aren't about to send you back in time. They're out for blood.
- Does the Graveyard seem a little...foggy, to you? For those who tread in this sacred place, it may do well not to linger. Pyramid Head has taken to wandering between the gravestones, dragging a gigantic, bloody weapon behind it. If it sees you, it might not be willing to let you run.
- For those thinking they might be safer keeping to less.. Wide, areas, you might be in for a nasty shock. Phantom Train seems to be running amok in the Trolley sections of the castle, appearing at whim to cross the tracks; filled with the spirits of those you love. Disturbing the train might not be the best idea.
- The Main Gate seems to have a bit of a mole problem. Mole hills of a disproportionate size dot the area, sometimes due straight into the pathways themselves. Unfortunately, the Dredge aren’t all that shy, and will take insult to those who encroach on their territory.
- It’s a good thing no one really ventures as far as the Eastern Reflector, because the area around the Reflector and Arena are currently home to something most wouldn’t like to cross. The Dementors are, as a wise professor would say, not known for showing mercy, and should you cross their path, there won’t be any to find.
The next mini-event will be announced on the 5th of October.
