December Event: Kiss me, I can't move until you do!

For those who were in the Castle last year, they might be a bit wary of the season. Last year Ozuma made a bit of a mistake in the...decorations he used. Well never to fear! This year is different!

Really it is!

He’s pretty sure he got it this time!

Okay he really doesn’t. Sorry everyone but just like last year there seems to be mistletoe floating around, appearing over couples and refusing to budge until something happens.

There is a little change though. Aside from the normal white berries there are sprigs of ones with different colored berries. What do they mean? Well here is a handy little guide for our players to go by!

• White - Just like last year
• Yellow - Animal ears/parts
• Pink - Infatuation
• Blue - Universal translator turned off
• Green - Sudden need to sing
• Red - Bodyswap

All of the mentioned effects will go away with a kiss. The kiss will depend on the players comfortably. Children can be a peck on the cheek or hand, same with others who do not feel like their characters would ICly be comfortable with a “normal kiss”.

The event will run from December 8th to the end of the year(December 31st).

The only one I'm not a huge fan of is the body swap one...

It would be fun for him to find out she speaks Japanese though? Maybe? She sings well too, but it's one of her gifts and has side effects... haha

Oh yeah? What sort of side effects are there? And she can speak Japanese, that's pretty cool, actually! I mean, for him to find out he kind of takes it for writ people writ foreigner names don't in these sort of worlds. Like I said I'm open to any of them but if I'm spitballing for him and Dove specifically I'm going to second the singing thing offhand.

I'm down for them singing! It depends on the tone of the song but the most immediate effect across the board is that it's extremely disarming (like half her other gifts hahaha). Lullabies make her Light relax people and give them warm fuzzies, happy upbeat sassy songs are infectious and energizing... soft romantic songs end up alluring... they're all pretty straightforward, depending on how the person reacts to Light.

She's super fun at karaoke parties XD

THAT SAID I am all for singing if that's what you'd like to do! They can duet!

((Also on a rethink, because it's Masaomi, if you wanted to do body swap, he could find out why she was so sensitive about him being near her wings... XD which would make the mistletoe kissing situation even more awkward.))

It's a teal mistletoe and they need to duet in Japanese. But no in serious land if they both are just fluent it might not actually stand out that it is another language anyway so in terms of an interesting thread the singing is probably better. Or the body switch, which has been noted to be something I'm a sucker for. Love that stuff.

I think a duet in which his emotions ate compromised by her powers does sound pretty great though.

Well you said that he Light does manipulate his emotions through her song, so that's going to steer him one way or another.

Which one seems more fun to you to start off. I think in terms of escalation I'd edge towards a body switch thing, because I'm curious there.
