June Event: What's Yours is Now Mine
You all know the trope in some form or another. An individual that has grown up more or less "normal" (in the sense of lacking anything special about them one way or another) is suddenly gifted strange, exciting and terrifying powers. Be it by birthright, accident, or even an inexplicable change in their life they now have something about them that they must grow in to, learn to control and contend with all the strangeness and unexpected responsibility that it comes with.
But what if the power that you held was suddenly not the one you had grown accustomed to. Your flight is replaced with control of fire, your telepathy instead teleportation, and so on and so forth.
Power Swapping is another commonly used trope especially in spaces where diversity of said abilities exists, and the castle is no different.
The heroes of the castle have gone relatively radio silent since the music event, and as such it seems that the Queen has done the same. The truth of the matter is that Ozuma's sphere of influence in the castle has gotten much stronger and larger, but the Queen's hasn't just gone away in all of this. It's still there, and she's waiting, watching, preparing to make her move once again.
There is a push to begin exploring the castle once more, to take advantage of the multiple directions now in front of the heroes and cover more ground. For the first two weeks of the month the only thing anyone will have to worry about will be the presence of the shadows. However beginning on June 13th, any people in even numbers larger than two that venture beyond the safety of the cleared zones will find themselves effected by something all together new - their powers exchanged for the powers of another individual. Rin Okumura's Satanic fire and inhuman strength will suddenly belong to Maka Albarn, and in turn Rin will have the ability to see the souls inside of other individuals is one example of how this might work.
Keep in mind this is only powers, not physical traits (like Rin's tail), personality quirks or anything of that nature. The entire event is optional, of course, meaning no one has to make their characters swap powers with someone else if they don't want to. Those that do swap will be affected until the month rolls over on the 30th, and the swap will remain in affect regardless of where in the castle they are once it has occurred.

Naturally certain abilities just won't transfer over - things like cooking, or martial arts that have been trained. It's really more a focus on anything supernatural than actual natural abilities.

Is their natural state - say, dragon or Entelexeia- considered a 'power'? Or would the swap partner get all the, uh, racial bonuses without the shape change?

Relevant powers: His Persona! It's Dike, not Nemesis (or Kala-Nemi as in canon). She appears as an armored woman with a spear, and her skill list is in his application here.
Any additional notes: He's. Going to have to lend whoever gets her his Evoker, so have fun looking like you're going to shoot yourself in the head.

Relevant powers: The Force! Telekinesis, mind manipulation, enhanced reflexes, enhanced physical prowess, force healing, etc.
Any additional notes: Obi-Wan would probably have to give some instruction and guidance to whoever got his powers. And possibly have them use his Lightsaber.

Relevant powers: Ability to handle the mental calculations needed to use her Hoplon Blastia to cast spell-like Artes.
Any additional notes: The ability to cast is useless without the Blastia itself... And she won't pass that to anyone she doesn't trust. So if you actually want her power, make sure you have CR with her! V:

Relevant powers: Healer magic skills. She comes from a homebrew D&D world, so Here's the class, she's 9th level, rather than printing a crazy long list. Her powers are divine in nature, but not tied to a specific god or anything.
Any additional notes: Magic cloak and horrifying hijacking of her free will by a villainous empire thankfully not included.

Any additional notes: Whoever gets these powers will not be LV9999. Also the person who gets these powers may even be better than Flowey at using them or even stronger perhaps, if their stats are better.

Relevant powers: Firebending
Any additional notes: Firebending requires training to control which Zuko can offer. Characters with martial arts backgrounds and/or volatile tempers will be at greater risk of firebending by accident.

Relevant Powers: hoo boy. Magical shield/shield bubble, enhanced strength, ability to grow sentient plant life, ability to "bubble" objects/people, shapeshifting, healing spit, fusion through dancing synchronization (he's only done this with a human, on accident, and it takes a bit of doing). I have them detailed here in his application, and can also answer questions as needed!
Any additional notes: powers are easier to control if you love everyone and exclusively wear sandals.

Relevant powers: Shapeshifting and some fire magic, mostly to the tune of "LIGHT YOURSELF AND YOUR SURROUNDINGS ON FIRE". Fortunately, comes with some minor immunity to burning.
Any additional notes: Volga is a dragon in his natural state, so that human-y shape that he usually runs around in is the magic he'd be losing.

Relevant powers: Her animal spirit! Being a yokai, Rose's powers are due to her to animal soul/spirit since that's basically what makes her her! Animal traits obviously come with it (until she can teach the spell to appear human!). So anyone getting this will get her strength, speed, heightened senses, night vision, and...

Yes, that's right! because
I am an absolutely terrible personof what Rose is, she has the innate craving for people. She's had literal centuries to combat and ignore it and make it bearable but it's kind of like an actual wolf eating tofu their whole lives. It just isn't as good. So! Someone new might find this desire overwhelming and have difficulty restraining themselves.Don't worry though because Rose (and I'm sure others) will be glad to help with that.

Relevant Powers: Uh... Well he's got two healing spells, one that heals damage and one that heals status conditions, but other than that he's got nothing.
Any Additional Notes: Those two spells might not even transfer since they're more of a trained skill than a power, so anyone who swaps with him might not get anything in return. He might have to lend his magic items to someone so they can still do stuff.

Relevant Powers: Seeing through the dimensional vibrations of the multiverse (and potentially manipulating them but boy that sure is beyond his skillset right now), aka "vibing". It primarily takes the form of visions, which also includes retaining memories of erased timelines and having visions of those. I've got it outlined here, with linked examples!
Any additional notes: If his swap partner would be intuitive/experienced enough to do more than get unwanted visions with his powers, we can hash that stuff out no problem.

She's got a good enough head on her shoulders that she might be able to learn to do something more useful with Cisco's abilities if she thinks to try it. Otherwise, she's likely to just try zapping things with electrical improvisations.

Relevant powers : Gravity Manipulation, Involability and Immortality. It's easier to check out his power description on his wiki, but the short version of it is that his power renders any external influence useless. Ie: someone could fire a thousand bullets at him and they would all but bounce off him and whatever object/person he is influence at the time. Strong enough powers can get through, but it would have to be someone on par with a King from his world to even get close.
